Welcome to our toddler room

Moving through to our toddler room we provide every child with plentiful learning opportunities to experience and explore their growing world. Our toddler room is a large room for ages 2-3 years and is located on the first floor.

We encourage the children to express their unique personalities by nurturing each individual child's interests and stages of development.

Our areas are always set up based on the children's interests. This provides many open-ended learning experiences tailored to the children's preferences.

Our environment is the third teacher at Top Chapel where we follow the child's lead in their own learning journey and guide them with the resources, tools, and support they need.

Our parents are also an important teacher in their child's lives. We encourage our parents to contribute and get involved In their children's learning by sharing interests from home and achievements they have made or are working towards.

Children are able to freely access all resources without restrictions during such as accessing creative equipment for messy play, exploring in the sand and water areas, choosing a book or two for the cosy area, or simply making their own playdough at the playdough station.

Whatever your child 'chooses' as their next step, our knowledgeable practitioners then support and extend effective communication to further develop your child's knowledge and understanding.
